A federal law passed in 2008 makes it a federal crime to access child pornography over the internet — convicted felon yet or not. Travis Nissen did that and downloaded the stuff as well. He pleaded guilty in September, 2010, and was sentenced to 10 years in a federal prison and must now register, on a federal level, as a convicted sexual predator. All such individuals convicted of the viewing and downloading of child pornography must register as child sex offenders. This would include politicians and the wealthy.
Millions of us who were victimized long before the popularity and easy access of the Internet want the providers of these services indicted and sentenced as well for their roles in making it so easy to not only put the stuff online but to rapidly spread it across the globe.
Every image is a child being RAPED and/or sodomized, including “by device and instrumentation”. Many of these kids are dead, victims of their rapists and the Kiddie Porn Kings. This industry is also tied to all drug cartels, all of which fund international terrorism. Japan is now proud of being the top producer and promoter of child pornography, despite being cited and warned by the United Nations to enact tougher regulations and to cooperate with international investigations of face sanctions and other actions.
These creeps make videos of their murderous actions which they then sell, post on the internet, or use as emotional and financial blackmail. The FBI reported this back in 1981 which the rest of the judicial sectors chose to minimize in spite of the number of videos confiscated during the investigation of serial homicides. These films are called “snuff films” or “slasher flicks”.
Like the Holocaust of WWII, countless individuals in a position of putting a stop to this activity prefer to denounce its existence. Even when cases are presented in court and the evidence is so gruesome it leaves hardened detectives in tears and vomiting, the Supreme Court and state judiciary allow this activity under the Freedoms of Speech and Expression Amendments of the US Constitution.
Meaning someone, somewhere is taking a lot of kickback money to exploit our children.
All serial killers make home movies of their kills. It is erotica to them. It keeps them going. These movies are their family albums. Nearly all post online. Nearly every child profiled in any blog or website or Missing and Exploited rosters of law enforcement agencies have been posted somewhere in cyberspace. Hence the need for the Innocence Images Task Force.

Some of those images graphically depicted Fitzpatrick and others engaged in sexual acts with minor children.

Shalin Bhavsar, 32, pleaded guilty before US District Judge F. Dennis Saylor, IV, to charges of possession and downloading child pornography. The federal investigation discovered Shalin Bhavsar had purchased six 30-day subscriptions to assorted child porn websites. Agents searched Bhavsar’s home, seized his computers and compact discs showing hundreds of sexually explicit images of very young girls. Sentencing is scheduled for December 12, 2011. Bhavsar faces ten year in prison, five years of supervised release and a $250,000 fine.
Gagnon (how appropriate the name) is also part of a child sex ring investigation in Vermont as well as in the events surrounding the murder of a 12 year old girl who had been inducted into a child sex and porn ring, called Breckinridge. Brooke Bennett, Raymond Gagnon’s former stepdaughter, told federal agents she was inducted into the same child sex ring at the age of nine.

Joseph L. Clark, 52, of Columbia man is now behind bars in the Boone County jail on $50,000 bond after his computer repairman reported him to federal authorities. While in the process of repairing Clark’s system, the technician uncovered a large stash of child porn on the hard drive. Most of the images depicted the sexual abuse of children under the age of four.
The Boone County Sheriff’s Department was contacted March 31. The task force served a search warrant of the suspect’s residence where two additional computers were seized. Joseph L. Clark of 5525 S. Bethel Lane was arrested for the possession and downloading of child pornography. Just a thought here, wouldn’t it make more sense if you’re going to download this garbage to just download it to a CD and bypass your hard drive?
